Armour’s Hotel & Spa
Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Armour’s Hotel & Spa is the only venue still offering mineral baths in a bathing house behind the main building. Located in Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee, Armour’s was first built in 1924, though it then went by the name Count’s Hotel. While there used to be other buildings at Armour’s Hotel and Spa that offered overnight accommodations, only the main house is still standing today. These are filled with the local mineral water, taken from wells on the property’s grounds. Soaks last for an hour and other services can be added to your spa visit. Massage therapy is offered on-site, as is vibroacoustic therapy (massage using sound waves) and heated biomats. The colonial revival-style mansion is long, 61 feet across the expansive front, and both stories have porches that extend the entire length. Rocking chairs dot these balconies, giving the building Southern charm. There are two types of rooms for accommodation: Deluxe and Suite. The Deluxe offers a queen-sized bed and pull-out sof
